So this week, I completed another task on my bucket list. I ate healthy for a whole week! I know it doesn't sound that hard, but trust me, not eating my favorite junk foods for a week has been a very challenging task.
I started out most days with fruit. It really benefitted me because an apple or strawberries is easier to grab and go to school with than a bowl of cheerios. I usually don't eat breakfast and when I do it's not the healthiest, but this past week, I noticed that eating a healthy breakfast gave me so much more energy throughout the day.

When I get home from school, I'm starving. An easy snack to have while studying for an AP World History vocabulary quiz is a Naked smoothie. My favorite flavor is strawberry banana, but Naked has so many flavors to choose from ranging from sweet smoothies made of blueberries and bananas to cherries and cranberries.

Over the weekend, while eating lunch with friends, I was still able to maintain my healthy diet. I ordered a salad crepe from The Crepe Maker rather than one of the dessert ones. Believe me, it was very hard to turn down a strawberry-nutella crepe.

Great blog! I was so interested in your health choices. DO you think you will stay away from junk foods for longer? Your use of pictures helped me see examples of your foods. Maybe I will try this to see if I have more energy! Keep going!
